Make your Reservations Soon! Here’s how: Call 1-800-embassy (362-2779) for reservations or 1-651-224-5400 and ask for the reservation department.  Once you get to the reservation agent, please ask for group name CLEA (group code is CLE).   You might find it easier to make reservations online, via the Embassy’s POG (Private online group  booking) service. Here’s the LINK FOR ONLINE RESERVATIONS. And here’s some vital information: Rooms are $109/night. As in the past, CLEA will plan to subsidize hotel costs by at least 50% . . . more if we can afford it. As before, reimbursement will come later. At the outset, each participant needs to secure reservations with their own credit card. Embassy Suites has its own airport shuttle -- $25 round trip (count on twice as much if you take a cab). As for PLANE RESERVATIONS, most of us are shooting for arrival on Wednesday, April 8th. A few will leave later on Saturday, April 11th--the rest will fly out on Easter Sunday, the 12th.
